Dr Patrick Versace was recently honoured with an appointment as a Board Certified Fellow of the World College of Refractive Surgeons and Visual Science (WCRSVS). The WCRSVS is the only global organisation that provides certification and accreditation for Refractive Surgery and recognises an international set standard that is critical for both quality and qualifications of refractive surgeons.
This organisation is the peak group for Refractive surgery and membership is awarded to fellows who have demonstrated experience and involvement in the field of refractive surgery. Dr Versace was acknowledged for his more than 25 years of clinical experience treating patients and also for his key role in the education and the development of new technologies.
Fellowship of the International College of Refractive Surgeons and Visual Science gives patients reassurance that their surgeon meets the highest international standards of training and expertise.
